Spot on Paul about trolleys on tees. If clubs don't allow trolleys on the tees, they get parked in the same places and players all take the same path around the tee, creating worn areas and muddy tracks. Then a path has to been constructed at substantial cost. Allowing trolleys on the tees spreads the wear and avoids damage to the surrounding areas.
